We have years of experience in R&D and production of several applications with 100% plastics waste materials. We have analyzed different waste plastics with combinations of fillers in compounds for several applications. We develop applications for long lifetime usage (25 years) with no impact on the environment, and can be reused after lifetime. Examples are transport pallets, damwands and poles of 100% recycled plastics.

The process used for the production of these applications is mechanical recycling. This means shredding recycled plastics, melting and forming the material into new products. The challenge is to develop it in a circular chain.
